A: Go to the appropriate info pages.
Q: I was absent yesterday. What did I miss?

Q: My average is not high enough. Do you offer extra credit?
A: No opportunities will be offered. If you can't understand why, click here.

A: Complete quiz corrections. In Precalculus, make sure to be eligible for reassessment once per nine weeks. Besides that, study and ask good questions. I am here to help you out.
Q: Why is this class so difficult?
A: I honestly do not think this course is "difficult." I really want to challenge you to do your best and if I get your ready for the next level (whatever it may be), then I did my job.
Q: Can you write me a recommendation for college?
A: I would require my you to submit a specific resume, detailing your accomplishments as a student. I would prefer at least a two week window for letters.
Q: You give a lot of homework problems. Why?
A: I am a firm believer of good practice nets good results. While it is not my intent to give an assignment, just to give one out, I do believe in legitimate practice. I do believe students should spend at least 30 minutes per hour of instruction, completing an assignment outside of class. As always, please show all work.
Expect an assignment, almost every night. We will try to go over a mandatory assignment, the next class day.
Q: I missed a quiz. When can I make it up?
A: If you missed a quiz, your test grade will replace the quiz grade(s) regardless of absence. There will be no opportunities to make up the quiz.
Q: Why don't you give partial credit on quizzes?
A: It has been a long-standing policy that I (the teacher) do not offer partial credit. The quiz corrections will allow the student earn half the points they missed. That is why quizzes are subjected to their respected grade category. They are always due on test day. You can download a quiz corrections sheet on the subject website.

Q: I am going to be absent for your test. When can I make it up?
A: If you are leaving for a school-related event, it is your responsibility to try and take the test early. This way, you will not gain an unfair advantage of study time. If you are ill or have an appointment, it is YOUR responsibility to provide the needed documentation and turn into the attendance office. It will ensure us that you are not truant. You will be able to take a similar test that your fellow classmates took. Otherwise, be prepared to take the make-up test that will need to be taken during the designated time.

A: TBD
Q: I don't have a graphing calculator. Can I borrow yours (the schools) to take home?
